
You will definitely notice good FPS gain once you got your overclock sorted. Add 20-40mV to the voltage (only if you not stable otherwise leave stock) and you good to go (Look for temperatures ).

You definitelly should be ok with 7400MHz on VRAM though. Anything below 1500Mhz on core clock would be concidered as standard/average, VRAM clock will depend on your card, some get good overclock there some don`t so you just need to see how your own card does with it. EVGA also outfitted the GTX 970 FTW with their newest ACX 2. I will eventually change it for a newer, but right now I do not have the bank for it. The factory overclock EVGA applied to the GTX 970 FTW is one of the highest we’ve ever seen, which leads us to believe EVGA is extremely confident in the headroom that’s available on these Maxwell 2 GPUs.
